Booking terms & conditions

Booking

A booking is confirmed once we confirm availability in writing (WhatsApp or email). Prices are per person unless stated otherwise.

Payment

Payment conditions (deposit, cash on the day, bank transfer or card) are confirmed with your booking.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the tour unless another policy was agreed for your private itinerary (for example, peak-season or luxury camps).

Changes

Routes may be adapted for safety, weather or road conditions. We always inform you as early as possible.

Liability

Travellers are responsible for travel insurance, valid passports and following the guide's safety instructions during activities.
